About the Program

The New and Aspiring Manager Certificate Program learning experience unfolds across four key phases, each grounded in reflection, discussion, and actionable tools you can immediately use in your role.

Each session combines:

  • Interactive learning: Engaging discussions, case studies, and real-world scenarios
  • Practical tools: Templates, reflection prompts, and frameworks for immediate application
  • Accountability: Opportunities to apply what you learn between sessions and share insights
