Registration Information

Online and in-person courses are available to our adult learners. Most of our in-person courses are offered on Loyola's Uptown campus. Non-credit courses will offer a CEU certificate upon successful program completion. For further questions about certifications, please review the course description or contact the PACS office. Students are encouraged to check with their organization in advance to ensure the material and certificate offered will satisfy certification or regulatory compliance.

Registration is available online. You are always welcome to call us directly at 504-865-2466 or email PACS@loyno.edu. Prior to enrolling in a continuing education course, please review all registration information.

Tuition

Tuition and deadlines vary by program. Tuition must be paid in full by the deadline.

  • For students whose tuition is covered by Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), WIOA funds must be paid in full by the deadline, unless the policy of the government entity administering the WIOA funds precludes the full payment upon registration.
  • Students may apply for a private tuition loan funded by Sallie Mae to cover tuition costs (see below for more information).
  • Select programs offer a payment plan through our partner, Nelnet Campus Commerce.
    • If a student selects the payment plan option at registration, an email will be sent to the student with instructions on how to enroll into the payment plan.
    • Students are not considered registered into a program until the Office of Professional and Continuing Studies receives notification of enrollment into the Nelnet Campus Commerce payment plan.

Payment may be made by credit card (VISA or MC) or by check made payable to:

One CEU equals ten contact hours of participation in organized continuing education classes and/or training conducted by a qualified institution/instructor.

Certificates will be emailed to students who are registered in an eligible program and/or course. If the student would like to have the certificate mailed to a physical address, the student must purchase a certificate by clicking the link below. There is a $15 fee to have the certificate printed and mailed. The fee is for 1 certificate per program and/or course enrolled.
