About the Program

The Generative AI for Value Creation Program is built for leaders who want to move from simply using AI tools to designing systems that produce reliable, governed, and scalable outcomes. Rather than focusing only on prompts or isolated applications, the program teaches participants how to identify high value AI opportunities, build structured workflows, anchor outputs in trusted organizational knowledge, and create operating models that support long term transformation. Participants learn how to reduce workflow friction, improve decision making, implement governance, and redesign operations so AI becomes a true business capability. By the end of the program, they are equipped to lead AI with greater clarity, accountability, and strategic impact across their organization.
