Wendall Hilker

Wendall Hilker is a small business entrepreneur/owner of Hilker Enterprizes. Inc., Notary Public, notary prep instructor, motor vehicle transaction and shipping specialist.

Wendall was 1 of 3 St. Tammany Notaries that passed the July 1994 Notarial Exam, out of a field of 47; She was appointed a Member of the Louisiana State Notary Committee in 2002.   In 2005 Wendall passed the statewide Notary exam granting her a statewide commission.  She is the founding member, and past President of The Professional Association of Civil Law Notaries, as well as a Charter Member of the Slidell Founders Chapter of Business Network International.  Wendall is a member of the Louisiana Notary Association where she is an instructor at their conventions. Loving networking, she is a member of the Camellia City Sales Force, a referral network, where she is the group’s Networking Educator.  Her newest business achievement is to be appointed to serve the Public License Tag Association as a member of the Office of Motor Vehicle Policy committee.  Among Wendall’s accomplishments is her acceptance and participation in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Business class, Cohort 36; voted several times as the “Best Notary on the Northshore” by Edge of the Lake Magazine, and The Northshore’s Best Notary Service by Sophisticated Woman Magazine.

Wendall Hilker has been an instructor for the Office of Professional and Continuing Studies since 2019.
