Chelsea Gaspard

Chelsea Gaspard serves as the Workforce Development & Partnerships Administrator for the Office of Professional and Continuing Studies (PACS) at Loyola University New Orleans, where she has worked since 2022. In this role, she develops and manages workforce development initiatives, employer and community partnerships, grant-funded programs, and workforce funding opportunities that connect individuals and organizations with career-focused training. She collaborates with workforce agencies, employers, and community partners to align PACS programming with regional and statewide workforce needs.

Chelsea's professional experience includes workforce development, grants management, and program administration, supporting learners from entry-level employees to executive leaders. She is committed to expanding access to education, professional development, and career advancement opportunities across Louisiana. A New Orleans native, Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their learning and workforce goals.
